Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused and in original condition.
- Returned with original tags attached.
- Returned in original packaging where possible.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
As a small business, we process exchanges as returns.
To exchange an item, please email goofybrotherswa@gmail.com. Once your returned item has been received and approved, we will arrange the exchange (subject to stock availability).
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at goofybrotherswa@gmail.com.
Where an item is deemed faulty, we will provide a replacement, exchange or full refund.
